Lo Yacht VICTORIOUS modello HORIZON V 97-328 è stato costruito nel 2010 presso il costruttore taiwanese HORIZON YACHTS. VICTORIOUS ha uno scafo realizzato in fibre de carbone-prv ed una superstruttura in frp (fibre-reinforced plastic). La lunghezza è di 30 metri per una larghezza di 6,6 metri. L’esterno e l’interno dell’imbarcazione sono realizzati da HORIZON. Nello yacht VICTORIOUS la propulsione è costituita da due motori CATERPILLAR che arrivano a produrre in totale fino a 3304 cavalli .
