Lo Yacht SKEANDHU è stato costruito nel 1970 (ultimo rinnovo nel 1982) presso il costruttore britannico VOSPER THORNYCROFT. SKEANDHU ha lo scafo e la superstruttura realizzati in legno. La lunghezza è di 30 metri per una larghezza di 8 metri ed un’immersione di 2 metri. L’esterno dell’imbarcazione è realizzato da VOSPER-THORNYCROFT. Nello yacht SKEANDHU la propulsione è costituita da tre motori PROTEUS/FODEN che arrivano a produrre in totale fino a cavalli che può arrivare ad una velocità massima di 40 nodi.
